What is the difference between contract, contract-to-hire and full-time?
A contract role runs for a set period, usually on a client project. A contract-to-hire role starts as a contract, and the client may offer you a permanent position at the end of it. A full-time role is a permanent position from the first day. If a posting does not say which it is, ask us.
