This policy explains how Variyas Global Solutions Inc ("Variyas", "we") handles information on www.variyasinc.com.
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, advertising or analytics, and we set no cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability, for a limited period.
Forms
Our contact, request-talent and job-seeker forms send what you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, company, the roles you mention, a link to your resume and your message) to us by email, through our email delivery provider, Resend. Employer and general messages go to our business team; job-seeker messages go to our recruiters. We use them to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry and, for job seekers, to consider you for roles. Employer and general enquiries are also recorded in our internal client-management system so our team can follow up. The forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes information about your browser and connection to tell people from automated programs. To limit abuse, we keep a count of form submissions per connection, keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address, for 1 day. Resend keeps a copy of each message it delivers for a limited period under its own policies.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant is an AI model provided by Anthropic. What you type is sent to Anthropic to produce a reply, and Anthropic may keep it for a limited period under its own policies. We do not store the conversation; your browser keeps it only until you leave or reload the page. To limit abuse, we keep a count of messages per connection, keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address, for up to one hour. Please do not enter personal or confidential information. The assistant can be wrong; for anything important, email us.
Information you send us
If you email us, for example to ask about our services or to apply for a job, we use what you send (such as your name, contact details and resume) to respond, to follow up, to evaluate your application, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Job applicants
Applications are shared only with the people involved in hiring and are kept for as long as we need them for these purposes and to meet our legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers in the United States (Cloudflare, Resend and Anthropic) to run this website.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by emailing info@variyasinc.com.
